As a member of fib you are entitled to the following publications throughout the year.
Directory – an annual publication
This details the structure and membership of fib. It outlines the work of the Commissions, Task Groups, and Special Activity Groups and lists contact names and their affiliations.
This is posted to all UKfib Group members when it is published.
Bulletin - generally 2- 4 issues per year
These are a priority output from fib. They are regularly produced reports on technical, economic, aesthetic, ergonomic and sustainability aspects of concrete construction from the Commissions, Task Groups and Special Activity Groups. These reports fall into 4 categories;
- Technical Reports
- State-of-the-art Reports
- Guides/manuals
- Model Codes
These are posted to all UKfib Group members as they become available.
Back copies of these Bulletins are available exclusively to UKfib Group via the Member’s area.
For a list of published Bulletins click here. Additionally the list of contents and abstracts for all issues since 2002 are freely available via the fib site www.fib-international.org. Click the publication number for the abstract to be displayed.
Structural Concrete – a quarter journal
Structural Concrete, the official journal of the fib, contains the latest news from fib and a selection of technical papers. It provides conceptual and procedural guidance in the field of concrete construction, and features peer-reviewed papers, keynote research and industry news covering all aspects of the design, construction, performance in service and demolition of concrete structures.
